Here’s the mighty fine print...
Here at Honeybomb, we love individuality...and we love that every woman’s figure is individual too - so we aim to buy a range of sizes that work with every manner of beautiful boobs, curvy bums, waspish waists and leggy lengths.
Our dresses are genuine vintage and retro one offs - we can’t order in different sizes as each dress is completely unique ...however, we can put you in touch with an awesome dressmaker who can make the alterations for you. She’s so clever that they can add or reduce by up to a couple of dress sizes on most designs.
We’ll give you accurate measurements so that you can compare them against your own vital statistics ...and if you’re still not sure it’ll fit like a glove, you can purchase it and try it on at home knowing that you can get a full refund if you’re not completely happy (please see FAQs for full information regarding returns).
Alterations & Fitting
We can highly recommend a fabulous and very clever seamstresses in the North West so please let us know if your dress needs some tweaks and we’ll put you in touch with our nimble fingered friends. If you’d rather use your own seamstress, that’s fine too.
Our dresses have a personality - they’re unique and, just like every one of us, they have some quirks, imperfections and blemishes and that’s all part of their vintage charm. We go over every dress with a fine tooth comb and we promise to share every tiny detail so that you know exactly what you’re buying - you only have to ask!
We rate every one of our dresses according to its vintage condition and if you want more photos we’re more than happy to send them for you. The photographs which appear on our website are representative of the overall condition of the dress and showcase it in its full glory. We highly recommend that you contact us before buying so that we can talk you through the condition of your chosen dress in minute detail to ensure you’re completely happy before you buy.
As we’re taking a break from the Chester boutique for a while, we understand that you don’t have an opportunity to try before you buy and this could make things really difficult. It’s a huge decision after all and such an emotional purchase. That’s why we’ve decided to offer a full refund for any purchase you’re not entirely happy with. It must be returned in the original condition and packaging and within 14 days of purchase. You should purchase the dress at the price quoted. There is no charge for posting the dress to you. However, as a small business we hope you understand that it’s not possible to reimburse the cost of return postage. If you have any questions about our returns process, please ask, we are more than happy to help.
You can buy your Honeybomb dress on our website. Our online payments are handled securely by PayPal. Please note: A PayPal account is NOT required to pay by credit or debit card. If you have any problems with this please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
Postage & Packing
Here at Honeybomb we believe in simplicity - so the price is the price. Packaging and delivery is absolutely FREE! Yep, you read it right, we won’t charge you a bean for delivery anywhere in the UK.
Delivery is by Royal Mail signed for 1st Class and Royal Mail aim to deliver the next working day. For international postage, collection in person or any other method of delivery, please contact us before you buy for more information.
