Va-Va-Voom Vintage (What’s this?)

A stunning Edwardian style buttermilk coloured dress with cream lace overlay from the Honeybomb Va-va-vintage range.

This dress has a gorgeous fitted bodice with a lacy ruffle overlay coming from the shoulders and dipping in a V shape over the bust. The dress is sheer at the neckline with an elegant stand up gathered lace collar. The sheer, long length, lace sleeves are fastened with a small popper. The skirt consists of a nylon underskirt, a net layer and a pretty lace overskirt all gathered at the waist giving a beautiful shape. At the rear is a zipped fastening.

This dress is in great condition thought the lace does need stitching at the bottom of the hem. As always, here at the Honeybomb headquarters, we’re happy to discuss this dress and take more photographs if you would like any more information.

What’s Va-Va-Voom Vintage?

Did you know that the term vintage is generally used to describe anything over 50 years old?? The Honeybomb vintage range focuses mainly on the fabulous 50’s, but we also have dresses ranging from the 20’s to the early 60’s.

The nature of a vintage dress means that there are generally some slight imperfections and blemishes in the fabric. If you are unsure about anything or would like to see more photos please drop us a line.
