Va-Va-Voom Vintage (What’s this?)

A sublime 70’s style, off white wedding dress from the Honeybomb Va-va-vintage range.

This dress is captivating, with its keyhole plunge detailing at the neck, satin edged pleated details on the top and a high back at the rear. The gorgeous full sleeves are long (63cm) with a transparent pleat and pulled in with a tight poppered cuff.

With a gorgeous tiered skirt consisting of pleated fabric with detailed horizontal stripes, this skirt is fully lined in acetate/satin with the netting attached at the bottom as part of the lining. The fastening at the rear of the dress is a zip with a hook and eye to the back of the collar.

There is a slight mark on the bodice just below waist, and as always, here at the Honeybomb headquarters, we’re happy to discuss this dress and take more photographs if you would like any more information.

What’s Va-Va-Voom Vintage?

Did you know that the term vintage is generally used to describe anything over 50 years old?? The Honeybomb vintage range focuses mainly on the fabulous 50’s, but we also have dresses ranging from the 20’s to the early 60’s.

The nature of a vintage dress means that there are generally some slight imperfections and blemishes in the fabric. If you are unsure about anything or would like to see more photos please drop us a line.
